At Borthwick Ballistics LLC, we're here to provide you with convenient and efficient firearm services. We understand that your time is valuable, and we've designed our process to be as hassle-free as possible.
For most of our services, there's no need to schedule an appointment in advance. Simply drop by during our regular business hours, and our team will be ready to assist you.
However, if you have over 5 guns that require servicing at the same time, we recommend giving us a call ahead of your visit. This allows us to allocate the necessary time and resources to ensure your firearms receive the attention they deserve.
Our goal is to make your experience with us as smooth and accommodating as possible, whether you're a first-time customer or a long-time client. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or specific requirements.
After the inspection of your firearm, we will provide you with an approximate timeline for the repair. Our services vary in their completion times. While some are same-day services, others may require more extensive work and could take between 4 to 8 weeks or even longer, depending on the complexity. For specific details about service times, please refer to our 'Services' page."
In the event we encounter any unexpected issues while servicing your firearm, rest assured that we will promptly reach out to you using the contact information provided during the drop-off process. - The firearm that needs serviced with it unloaded. (If there is a live round stuck in the chamber, please notify the gunsmith before bringing it in)
- A valid State issued ID or Drivers License
- Any accessories you may want added to your firearm, such as scopes, handguards, stocks. ( If need be we will be more than happy to order what your are needing)
- Understand the whole process will only take about 30 minutes for first time customers.
